Who we are. Nice Techelet is Jonnie Katz's techelet tying service in Jerusalem. Questions: WhatsApp Jonnie or email jonniekatz11@gmail.com.

What we do. We tie techelet on the beged and strings you give us, in the tie you choose. Not sure which tie is right for you? Ask your rav.

Your beged and strings. We take good care of them. Please bring strings made for tzitzit and a beged in good condition. If something looks wrong, we'll tell you before we start.

Prices and payment. Prices are per pair, as shown on the site. Card payments are charged in US dollars; shekel prices are for paying cash in shekels. You can pay when you order or any time before you collect.

Timing. Ready dates are estimates from our live schedule and count from when we have your beged and strings. Rush orders are ready within 24–48 hours of that. If anything changes, we'll WhatsApp you.

Discounts. Student and chayal discounts need ID when you drop off. If a discount doesn't apply, we'll send you a link to pay the difference. One discount per order.

Cancelling. Before we have your beged, you can cancel any time and get back anything you paid. Once we've picked up your beged, or once tying has started, the order can't be cancelled.

If something isn't right. Tell us within 7 days of collecting and we'll fix it.

Refunds. Refunds go back the way you paid. Card refunds usually take 5–10 business days to show. A full refund includes any tip.
